Ritamada

Outdoor education facility along the Capricorn Coast

Ritamada forms the backbone of the School’s Outdoor Education programme. Set on more than 30 hectares along the Capricorn Coast, Ritamada takes students into the great outdoors where they can challenge themselves through courses and activities ranging from ropes courses to sea kayaking in an atmosphere of encouragement, support and fun.

Port Curtis

Demonstration farm

The School’s renowned agricultural programme is supported by our demonstration farm, conveniently located at Port Curtis, just a few minutes’ drive from our main campus. Port Curtis is also home to our Show Cattle Team who utilise the space to train and prepare for competitions.

Belmont Station

Research and working cattle station

Belmont Station is a working cattle property and research facility located 40 minutes from the School campus. Students involved in the School's Certificate III in Agriculture Certificate are able to gain hands-on experience at Belmont Station, with activities available such as motorbike mustering, branding, tagging and testing, drone-work and yard maintenance.

RGS Rowing Club

Elite-class rowing clubhouse

Our elite-class Rowing Club located along the picturesque Fitzroy River provides a specialist base to support the School's champion Rowing programme. The Clubhouse also serves as a function space for both internal and external events.

RGS Rugby Park

Playing and training fields

Rugby Park is the School's specialist rugby facility. Bordering the ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ Botanical Garden, Rugby Park encompasses both playing and training fields as well as a Clubhouse and function space.
